I had the same problem. I got mine online in the end, although I would’ve preferred to go there directly, but wasn’t sure it’s open.

Hi Una hiball, on Tuesday I bought tickets for other films that week at Modernissimo dut the website had problems, just in case it happens again I went under the porticoes behind Palazzo Re Enzo where they will sell tickets for Modernissimo and finished to buy my tickets there.
