September Kick-Off Event

September Kick-Off Social Event is at Capacity!

We’ve had an incredible response to our Kick-Off Social Event and we’ve reached our maximum amount! 

For those of you who would still like to attend, please email membership@iwfbologna.com to be placed on our waiting list. 

If you’ve RSVP’d, and are no longer able to join us, we ask that you email membership@iwfbologna.com as soon as possible so that we may give your place to another member.

We are very happy to announce the September Kick-Off Social Event, scheduled for Thursday, September 23 will take place in the beautiful cortile at Palazzo Marconi with dinner service by Osteria Buca delle Campane (Via San Vitale 28).

The order of events for the evening will be:

19.00 -19:30

Registration, welcome cocktails and social greetings

19.30 – 20:00

Assemblea Generale starts:

-Board President’s welcome to IWF members and guests

-Presentation of the Board of Directors for the year 2021-2022 and notices from the Board

-Annual report regarding finances for the year 2020-21

-Upcoming events

20.00 – 21.00

Dinner to be a serviced buffet

RSVP by leaving a comment below no later than Tuesday, September 21st at 12:00pm. The space is limited to 45 people due to covid so please register as soon as possible. A contribution of €15 is requested of guests.

We invite members to renew their membership in advance by bonifico following instructions on the website, alternatively payments can be made in cash on the night of the event.
