Hello ladies,
we are ready with our Hobby Seekers’ club’s 2nd event!
After cooking the delicious pasta that you enjoyed a lot, let’s move to the beverages and dive into the coffee world!
Perfect Home-Brewed Coffee Workshop will be held by BURŌ Café – classy specialty coffee shop managed by Estefania and Jessica.
During around 2-3 hours we will:
– get a brief theoretical introduction to the world of specialty coffee;
– compare different brews using the specialty blend and single origins;
– explore and practice different brewing methods (Moka; filter brewing with French Press, V60, and Chemex);
– try manual frothing of hot and cold milk crafting the perfect cappuccino;
– learn all the insider tips and tricks to brew the most delectable coffee right at home;
– taste some amazing coffee samples.

P.S. don’t take the coffee after lunch – we will do it together!
