Assemblea Ordinaria and May Monthly Meeting. For those who missed the event, we wish to inform you that the

Donatella Vitanza Initial announcement of the meeting: The
Assemblea Ordinaria and May Monthly Meeting take place (virtually via Zoom) on
Thursday, May 21st from
19.30 – 21.00. The main point on the agenda for the
Assemblea Ordinaria is the
election of the new Board of Directors and Auditors for the next social year 2020-2021.
Online voting procedure: Since we will not be able to meet in person, the election will be conducted via
online voting. All members present at the virtual
Assemblea Ordinaria will be able to vote. The 1st call of the
assemblea will be at 18.30, the
2nd call will be at 19.30. To vote all members will receive a
link to an online survey via the meeting’s chat function. This online survey contains one question – about the election of the board. The survey can only be completed once by each member and is completely anonymous.

- 20.00: Beginning of May Monthly Meeting (presentation by Linda Moffa)
- Following the Assemblea we have the pleasure to host Linda Moffa, who is a bilingual counselor practicing in Bologna since 2009. Linda will share with us her thoughts about the global coronavirus pandemic covering a range of strategies for stress management, tips for navigating through transition and ways for strengthening optimism. At the end of her speech, she will guide us through a fun and practical tool called “Make your own Net” aimed at reminding us of the importance of a solid support system. Linda will be happy to answer our questions, which we want to collect in advance.
