February Monthly Meeting

The February Monthly Meeting will take place on February 16th at the Aula Magna of the Centre delle Donne (via del Piombo, 5) with social greetings begining at 7:15pm and a presentation by Dana Allin, Adjunct Professor in European and Eurasian Studies at Johns Hopkins University.  Prof. Dana Allin will briefly discuss how the change in US president will affect Foreign Policy and then open the floor for a lively question and answer period.  A no-host aperitivo will follow at Osteria La Fontana, via Fondazza 83.

Prof. Dana H. Allin is an Adjunct Professor of European and Eurasian Studies and Senior Fellow for Transatlantic Affairs, International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) at Johns Hopkins University.  An accomplished scholar and writer on various themes, he is the editor of Survival: Global Politics and Strategy (since 1998) with chief responsibilities for the bi-monthy journal's content and style as well as author or co-author of five books.  Dana's research topics include American Defense Policy and Foreign Policy, European Union: Transatlantic Relations and Foreign Policy.
